so no more social security either

i went out with a girl who's father owned a bar was socially subtracted and had one hell of a time proving he was alive... he was in his mid 50's at the time

all it takes is one dumb SOB keying in the wrong number someplace and you are screwed

he almost lost his liqueur license and THAT was a real problem

Losing his license would have meant he could not hold his liquor.

If you somehow get declared dead, does that mean you don’t have to pay taxes anymore?

Depends on how you vote - it surely means they don't have to pay him any refunds that may be due...

Yes, that can be a Major problem. I worked at one place Cooking and every Friday night the same two dipsticks (friends until they drank too much) would get into it at the Bar.

The stupid owner would call the Cops. Fine and Dandy except in Texas that means the PD sends a report to the TABC, too many of those and they will pull your Liquor License.

I took over the breaking up by coming out of the Kitchen with a 4 quart sauce pan of smoking Fryer Grease and telling them they had 2 choices:

1) Take it outside.

2) Go to the ER.

They created a 3rd option themselves by immediately apologizing and shutting up.

yes Sir... here in NY it's called An Unruly House and they can and WILL yank yer license if they want to

bars around here try to avoid calling the cops at all costs short of a small riot and like you, deal with it inhouse whenever possible
