ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE — The White House says House Speaker John Boehner's invitation for Israel's prime minister to come to Washington is a breach of normal diplomatic protocol.
President Barack Obama's press secretary, Josh Earnest, says the White House has not heard from Israelis about whether Benjamin Netanyahu plans to speak to Congress Feb. 11. Earnest says they are reserving judgment about the invitation until they've had a chance to speak to the Israelis about what Netanyahu might say.

If I am wrong, I apologize, but I believe Netanyahu holds dual citizenship. If true, then th e Speaker.can.invite him to speak without any deference to.the White House.
This has nothing to do with immigration, which doesn’t relate to protocol anyway. It’s all about a Muslim hating Israel, and Obama should be called on this.

Didn’t O just invite an(other) illegal alien to Congress to applaud at O’s speech? What’s the “protocol” of that? And while we’re on it, what’s the “protocol” of an illegal alien residing in our WH?
My only consolation in situations like this is believing in the justice of the wrath of God, which is coming soon and is a double dose. The knucklehead administration didn’t learn a thing about it listening to Rev Wright for 20 years.
I say the SCOTUS and Congress should start balancing out the powers today (6 years ago?).
