So far, prosecutors have not filed charges against the victim which is common in a state that does not believe in a persons right to self defense.

Maybe they were too busy laughing at the stupidity of the attacker? I mean, this is Darwin material right there!

I thought
YOU only criminals could
nt own a gun in New Jersey!
Fixed it. BTW, always check your assumptions carefully before robbing a deli in Newark.

What? The owner didn’t blew a whistle or pissed his britches?
To: Islander7
Ha Ha! surprise, surprise. Besides, who cares if I own it? I got the gun, so now, I own you!
To: Islander7
That sentence didn’t make sense to me either. It must be a typo, or a freudian slip.

You can own a gun in New Jersey but they do not make the permitting process easy. There are two gun shops within 5 miles of my house.

New Jersey has made it almost impossible for law abiding citizens to own guns and concealed weapons permits
Then the people should demand all the wealthy, politicians and the well connected should be barred for owning FA's or using armed security. Of course that will never happen.
All these punitive control laws are meant for the tax paying peons, because the brutal truth is they do not trust nor could they care less if law abiding Americans are afforded security or safety.
