Ezekiel goes on to predict that this invasion will be disastrous for Russia and its coalition nations. G-d himself shall send earthquakes, pestilence, and other natural disasters causing all the coalition nations to fight each other until all are almost destroyed...

Geopolitics is SUCH a messy subject. Not because nobody knows what is coming, but because the signs are always misread and the timing is invariably so bad that the outcome is much worse than it may have otherwise been.
Yeah, sometimes people do the right things, but almost always, it is for the wrong reasons, which just set up the next crisis somewhere down the road.
Russia refuses all attempts to make peace with Ukraine, which has even proffered the idea of allowing the occupied eastern areas to be autonomous districts.
