It seems to me that “White Men” are the ones that started this country. Hundreds of thousands of “White Men” died to free the slaves. White men died in WW1, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, South West Asia and all over the world to give this penner an opportunity to spew his discontent.

She also attacks those men who founded this country, who came west to settle the frontiers, who fought at the Alamo and in ALL our wars, those who GAVE THEIR LIVES in every single one of our many foreign wars.

Those "white" guys ALL died in our VERY, VERY, VERY WORST WAR: the Civil War. We ALL lost in that one.

THEY were the ones who also suffered in the Great Depression, being unable to find jobs, since there WEREN'T any, and who had to see their families go without.

My dad was one of those...and he was a foreigner who loved his adopted country so much that he volunteered to fight in WWII, North Africa, then Anzio. He WAS made a citizen in Anzio on leaving the war.
He got malaria in North Africa and, since he was a young strong man, he survived it. It damaged his heart though and THAT was the cause of his too-early demise at 57.

The conceit exhibited by Mr. Corrigan is that white males are essentially along for the wonderful ride created by everybody else. In short, according to dopes like Corrigan, white males are just incidental to the fact that Americans enjoy the highest standard of living in the world. Even poor Americans are the richest (and fattest) poor people in the world.

...the new twist in these insidious commercials is the white male now involving himself in traditionally wife/mother labor...I know of at least three commercials that highlight a father worrying about such things as the proper laundry and dishwashing detergent...and each and every one of them have two daughters, never any sons...

...I of course have no animus towards men informing themselves about the best product on the market...but clearly the cultural message of white man relegation is the thrust of these ads...
