Click and see. It’s beyond what you think they can sink down to.

I encourage all young men to now hire a professional if they want to diddle a woman and avoid post-relationship drama.

**********************************************

Or maybe wait until they get married to “diddle”. The women, too. Sure, it’s seriously old-fashioned & if you really want to make heads explode, use the term ‘biblical’; however, it would save a LOT of grief in many areas of male/female ‘relationships’.

or....buy a Japanese Android doll...electrocution may occur!

This is situation is out of control - good thing Rolling Stone brought it to everyone’s attention with their make-believe fairy tale of rape at the University of Virginia!

Had it not been for that - who knows (sarc)...

But this law also gives wives the ability to put unwanted husbands in jail for married “rape”.

That's actually already the case.

Any woman, married or not, can accuse any man of rape. He will almost always be arrested and his name plastered across the local media.

She is of course shielded against exposure.

Such cases don't go to trial all that often. I've not been able to come up with a hard number, but I think roughly 10% of rape reports result in a conviction.

Another roughly 10% are proven to be false.

The rest remain in legal limbo, with the truth or falsity of the claim unable to be proven legally.

Rape is pretty much the only crime where we regularly convict someone on the unsupported testimony of another person. A person who in many cases has reason to hate the accused regardless of whether rape occurred or not.

Rape is also the only crime where conviction or acquittal is often based simply on who tells a more believable story. Which is sometimes "who is the better liar?"

In many if not most date-rape accusations I remain confused about how it is even theoretically possible to determine "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."

Radical man-hating feminazis really think that all heterosexual sex is rape. This is designed to criminalize any action that a man does, if a female doesn’t like it.

IRONY ALERT

Democrats (they like to think of themselves as Progressives) invented the “Free Sex” movement that turned sexual intercourse into a recreational activity.

The movement has led to many, if not most of our domestic social and economic woes.

Now those same democrats (aka Progressives) have started a movement to criminalize most of the conduct leading to the recreational sex they promoted as something fun for everyone.

Is there any wonder that lawyers love democrats and contribute a lot of money to put them in office and keep them there?

” Defining nearly all sex as rape”

How would any of them know? None of them ever had sex with a man.

"Consent, under the California law that is spreading to other American universities, is required to be “ongoing throughout a sexual activity and can be revoked at any time.” The law also states that “a lack of protest or resistance does not mean consent, nor does silence mean consent.” Also, previous sexual activity “should never by itself be assumed to be an indicator of consent."

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes........

If this keeps up, I may get rich with my idea of the “Consent paddle”.

Basically, it’s a ping pong paddle, that is green with “Yes” printed on one side and red with “No” printed on the other. You just hold it in your hand throughout the act of coitus, and if you ever want to revoke consent, you can simply flip the paddle and send an unmistakeable signal to your partner so they can cease and desist immediately.

Well I guess whenever a girl gets pregnant, the guy can claim he was raped - but that he was just too traumatized to report it at the time, until his memory was later recovered.

This might make sense in liberal bizarro-world.

And since gays are all equal and all, I guess their sex is subject to prosecution again.

By this definition, the only sex that isn’t rape is sex where consent can be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt for every stage of the activity

This idea has been around since the sexual revolution. In 1975 Susan Brownmiller's book Against Our Will: Men, Women and Rape argued that rape was not aberrant behavior, but a strategy devised by men to maintain their control over women. That, in essence, all men were guilty of rape, and all women victims of rape. Every rape was an act not of sexual desire but an act of violent aggression against women; and conversely , every act of violence against women by men was rape. All acts of violence/rape were political acts encouraged by the male system as an means of oppressing women. The oppression of women, then, is an act of continuing rape, an ongoing crime of violence against women.

The violence against women idea was used as a means of unifying the feminists. The next step was to target male sexuality itself. Susan Morgan expressed it succinctly: " I claim that rape exists any time sexual intercourse occurs when it has not been initiated by the woman out of her own genuine affection and desire."

“Well I guess whenever a girl gets pregnant, the guy can claim he was raped...”

Well, “rape” is usually defined with explicit reference to forced penetration, so guys cannot even claim it against a girl for forced, traditional intercourse. They could claim “sexual assault”, but not rape.

Christians don’t oppose kissing on dates, as far as I know. So the consent forms are still needed, because unwanted kissing is sexual assault.

Ideally yes, but realistically, not all men want to be chaste.

I’ve been abstinent for a decade now, having made a vow after I dumped a real jerk and I’m 31 and unloading the last of my baggage. From here on out I’m totally solid. Not many of my peers can say the same, which is a shame.

If Travis Alexander had obeyed the Mormon rules of chastity I’m sure he would still be alive.

signatures can be forged or denied. All a guy can do to protect himself is to videocam the events and perserve recordings of all his sexual encounters just in case it is needed later ....
