No one has to believe Obama will respect a court order. Obama does not matter.
A federal court order will apply to federal government employees and federal contractors.
Without people to carry out his directives, Obama can do nothing.
For example, General Dynamics is the manufacturer for the amnesty ID Cards which to lead to SSNs and everything else. A federal court order served on General Dynamics will stop them cold. And stopping GD will stop the amnesty process.
Obama can squeal all he wants, he can spew out all sorts of disrespect for court orders but it won’r matter because he won’t be able to get anyone to risk jail for him on a scale of processing millions and millions of illegals.

It looks like this may have a chance of success and being the House leaders in the next Congress don’t have the stones to impeach nor the Senate have enough Rats to aid in a conviction it may be the last chance to rein in this tyrant.
There is no reason to believe such an injunction will apply to anyone besides the Executive.
