It looks like this may have a chance of success and being the House leaders in the next Congress don’t have the stones to impeach nor the Senate have enough Rats to aid in a conviction it may be the last chance to rein in this tyrant.
It has the chance to delay Executive Actions until the new Congress is seated and until we see who can be the front runner for the 2016 Presidential Race.
If Ted Cruz is the front runner or a front runner, then chances are real good that Congress won’t even think of passing immigration amnesty.
There is uncertainty about what the Judge will do Monday or next week. But if the Judge follows the law, then an injunction is pretty much a done deal. If the Judge twists out a ruling based on the Obama narrative, then there are options of appeal that can go fairly quickly.
The 24-state and growing Abbott lawsuit is also waiting in the wings.
But time is of the essence. Need to have some action entered within 6 months else Obama gets critical mass. But even if Obama achieves critical mass there are options.
