A few minutes ago SWAT found out that the PTSD gunman who killed four in Souderton and Lansdale, Pa was not in home in Souderton, PA. Escaped. Whereabouts of gunman unknown, more deaths expected. New crime scene in Pennsburg, Pa with police investigating.....unknown.
scanner quiet again ... something or nothing ... about one minute from finding out.
people are misinterpreting what they hear on the scanner the perp is still at large.
anyone in the area acting suspiciously is placing themselves in danger. Advise residents to shelter in place is still in effect.
They did seem to believe they might have him at one point.
I think that was the other perp in a stolen car they were tracking by pinging his cell phone. Once they had the general area pegged down they flooded it with cruisers and located the vehicle.

Shortly before 8 a.m., Souderton police — with knowledge of the earlier shootings — went to the 100 block of Penn Avenue for a well-being check on Stone’s sister and her family and saw movement inside the residence that led them to believe that Bradley Stone could be inside, according to Towamencin Police Chief Tim Dickinson, who was at the scene assisting local and county authorities.
Nearby streets were blocked off, SWAT units responded, and around noon, a blast that Dickinson characterized as a “diversionary device” was heard in the vicinity of the Penn Avenue home as SWAT officers went in. Patricia, Aaron and Nina Flick were found deceased, and Anthony Flick was discovered wounded and flown via medical helicopter to an unspecified Philadelphia hospital.

Have heard nothing of vehicle of shooter being found in the area of search except back at Pennsburg of vehicle located. Timeline would state that to arrive at location of search (current Buck Co.) another vehicle would have to be used yet have heard or read no report of vehicle located in Bucks Co. ... only a report of an attempted vehicle hijack and that would not make sense to take on a male in a vehicle to hijack ... even a hijack sound unlikely by shooter ... search is not adding up for (current) search in Buck Co. Might be time to fall back to Pennsburg.

That guy was walking his dog, a man in camo came up and demanded the keys to his car, he refused and pulled his weapon. bang bang. perp ran away.
I suspect he shot wild to just scare him away.
