The Senate on Saturday night approved a sweeping $1.1 trillion spending bill to fund most of the federal government through the next fiscal year, turning back a conservative rebellion against President Obama's immigration policy.

lol
was this a recorded vote
So, we simply vote Cruz. One man. End of story.
Pretty simple.
Now it’s CLEAR for everyone to see that we have a ONE PARTY system.
Fools.
Absolutely... Ted Cruz has earned his stripes...the base needs to get behind him now...or we’ll get Warren.
Time for a third party...!
There’s the “great conservative” Pat Roberts. Right where I knew he’d. That’s why I voted against him in November. “You’re stupid!” So many Freepers said. They said, “With this clear anti-Obama mandate, The GOP will be forced to listen to us.” “No they won’t,” I said. “You’re an idiot,” they said. “We’ll see,” I said. It’s usually a bad thing when I’m right.
Mark your RINO scorecard folks! These MOFO’s have GOT to Go!

True...
But unless you are a political junkie, like we are...the majority of people don’t even know this is going on. And don’t care...and sure won’t remember in 2016.
Sorry I’m such a cynic.
No action next month. This IS the Republican party. They hate conservatives but know they need us to win elections and know we’re easily fooled. They have no intention or need to oppose Obama.
Actually Boehner needs Dems now to pass his bills. Good luck with that. Get your popcorn. Going to be an interesting couple of years watching that marriage.
Agree 100%.
That works for me.
Warren is a foregone conclusion. Boner and the Turtle gave us Fauxcahontas. It will happen as you say, but they’ll be wrong. It will be frustrating.
Of course Harry was going to ram them through. And the RINO’s are more
than willing to help him.
I was called every name for not voting for that fraud.
He had lots of Republican company in the Yes column, looks like about 22 others. With all the Dems who voted against this $1.1 trillion bill, Republicans could easily have defeated it if they had any desire at all to do so.
The 'shutdown' nonsense is just a monstrous straw man. The public would have supported moves to restrict Obama's illegal amnesty moves by a large margin.
They gave Obama almost everything he wanted through fiscal 2015.
I agree.
