High-end cars (Lexus/Mercedes/BMW, etc) almost exclusively driven by blacks. Middle-level (Chev/Ford/Toyota, etc) almost exclusively driven by Whites/Asians. Wonder who’s putting more into their 401k’s/investments?

Since Bush One, this country has lost to Pacific Rim countries: textiles, furniture, automobiles, metal working equipment, and many many other industries.

The tax laws, EPA and other government agencies have encouraged their departure and hurt those that have stayed.

Those were jobs that offered a chance to both white and black young people.

Our problems with young blacks will never change until those policies that drive manufacturing overseas are reversed.

How can that be? We have record numbers of people getting food stamps, unemployment insurance, and various forms of help for the non-working! And for those would-be employers who dare to pay a low starting wage, we’ve unleashed our minimum wages, high union scales, healthcare costs, and reams of regulations! And we’ve increased support for gubmint schools to save minorities from evils like competition and religion!

The answer must be racism. Never mind GOP congresswomen from Utah and senators from SC who may say otherwise.

Not sure if this is true, but if it is ... maybe poorer whites are not satisfied to sit back and collect welfare and are actually working at finding work.
