Honestly, I think that was the best interview I have ever seen Rush do. I have always been a little underwhelmed with his appearances. I have always felt his interviews are just sound bites from his show, and were not as persuasive as they could be, but this one sounded much more engaged.

I don’t know if I agree with you that previous interviews weren’t that good, but I do agree with you that this one was excellent.
He did get all his points in, and they are all excellent points.
Rush was great today. Concise, forceful, to the point. Well done Rush.

Rush did a great job. No script needed for this guy. He has the drive, the pent up mental energy to get his points across no matter the interference. This was prime time Sunday and well worth Rush’s time. He generally does not get offered or cares to do these but he is as good on video as radio. Did you note how in canted his head and cast his eyes as Chris was phrasing his question as if he was seeing right through where Chris was going before Chris got two words out of his mouth.
You bet the GOPe won’t be happy with this. Rush is pretty much the ONLY one (besides we Freepers) that call them on it.

Rush was good. He must have been furious with Chris Wallace, who insisted that he be able to finish what he was saying, yet cut Rush off numerous times when Rush was just about to get to the meat.
Rush seemed frustrated at not being able to finish his thoughts. I doubt he’ll ever do an interview with Wallace again. He should stick with Greta.
What they did was cut out much of the commentary.
