The “executive assistant” was someone hired right off of Al Sharpton’s staff and who lives with an ex-con thug. Her son got into some recent trouble with the law, I think it might have been selling drugs. Nice, huh? BTW, I did NOT vote for this commie nut job.
If the boy stays out of trouble and respects the police he has nothing to worry about.

I’m as white as the driven snow and yet starting when I was 14 or so my father told me stop “cutting thru” peoples yards in getting around town at night because ‘’you’ll get shot’’ What is Der Blasio’s explanation for that?

I have taught all my children (they are black) to be respectful with all authorities, and if there is a problem we will sort it out afterwards. I am as white as a sheet and my parents taught my sib and me the same. All parents need to teach all children this one important fact of life.
My son who drives a souped up truck that is barely legal in loudness, tells me he gets pulled over often. Never ticketed just pulled over.
When I ask him whether he thinks it is a Driving While Black thing, he says no. All my (white) friends get pulled over too. We are all young and loud. They sometimes get arrested because they drink underage. I have a commercial license, so I never have alcohol in my truck or drink on the road. Driving is my living.
He says that the officers sometimes give him a hard time about the noise of his mufflers. He is polite and agrees with them.
So far he has had no problems with this method.

Amazing how that works!
In my few interactions with cops, I have been polite in most of them. Except for one, where as a punk kid I mouthed off to the cop in a small, out-of-state town. I complained about me getting pulled over for a minor infraction while they had the road closed for a ski-mobile race. And watching lots of drunks leaving the bar and getting into their cars. (”I suppose your brother owns the bar?”)
He gave me and my buddies a hard time, brought us to the jail, refused my AAA bond card, we had no money, etc. After about two hours another cop came in, saw my AAA card and asked me what was going on. Upon hearing my story he turned around and yelled “God da*** it Frank! You know d*** well he can use this card. Run it through and get them the *&%$ out of here!”
Yeah! About 40 years ago or so I worked with a black guy that loved that hair gunk. (I might be wrong but I think he called it ‘afro sheen’ or some such iirc). One day I snuck a new, still in the packaging, engine oil filter into his lunch box. He wasn’t to happy with me when he opened it up in the lunch room but we were best buddies and we were always playin’ gags on each other so it was not a big deal.
