No you are not safe, as you are presumed guilty. Be prepared to present your family tree, sort of like was required by Nazis to show one had no Jewish blood. Now we have to prove we are not descendants of slave-owners?? Most of us by large margins were not, as history proves. Even those who are descendants of slave owners are not guilty of what happened long before they were born. That would be an injustice, wouldn’t it? to ascribe guilt to a person innocent of any personal wrong-doing? or?
I think this is a kind of accusation that white people hung together in mistreating black people because of color.
That deserves to be analyzed as a hypothesis, but only when the other side gets a reciprocal analysis.
