Email received today from Sharon Day RNC Co-Chair
As President, Barack Obama has disregarded the Constitution, ignored the will of the American people and treated America as a monarchy, not a democracy.
America deserves better, which is why the 2016 presidential election is so important. We must elect a principled Republican to restore a constitutional government where the government serves the people, not the other way around.
Republicans understand the role of the government and respect the framework of the Constitution. We believe in the American Dream and the power of the people over the power of a one-man legislature. That's why Republicans historically have made great Presidents.
Who would you like to see lead our Party in the 2016 presidential election?
Take the GOP 2016 Presidential Straw Poll

I’m tempted to do the survey only because they stopped mailing me begging for money a while back. I sort of miss sending them angry messages in their postage-paid envelopes. But I get enough junk mail.
My choices would be Scott Walker, Mike Pence or Ted Cruz.

Someone who is willing to refer to Barry and Hillary as “lying, murdering traitors to the United States.”

My pick is Ted Cruz, but I didn’t vote as I didn’t want to give the GOP Rino’s my email address!

Now you know they are not going to actually let us have a say in that.
It wouldn't surprise me if they have already selected the chosen one and will announce that person as the winner of the straw poll, since they didn't say what the poll results are so far.
Just another stupid attempt by the stupid party to raise funds.

Yep.
They want to get us on their fund-raising lists AND figure out who in the party we like, so they can HELP THE DEMOCRATS DESTROY THEM.
To: LostInBayport
They never show the poll results, instead they ask for donations. LOL
I actually don't think they care who the winner of the straw poll is. If it isn't the one they want they will claim someone else won.
They haven't earned the name of the Stupid Party for nothing.

Create an email account that you will abandon after the vote, LOL.
To: Robert DeLong
first off, Ben Carson has been “Republican” for a couple days.
second, I want a principled conservative to be the nominee!
Ted Cruz

Tell the Republicans who you want, and they will consent to utterly ignore you and run a RINO.
