A woman who was sexually assaulted and burned in Fairmount Park last week has died, Wichita police Lt. James Espinoza said.

This was a completely random attack ... the perp has a long criminal history ... was nailed with DNA evidence ... charges are being upgraded to capital murder ... the victim leaves four children ... links to several more stories in the article.
Sounds like a copy cat of the Christian murders.
"KWCH poured through court documents on Cornell McNeal. We found three people who were afraid of McNeal to the point they contacted police and requested a restraining order against him.
One of those restraining orders was filed a few years ago by Tonya Mathis, the grandmother of his child.
"I had to get a restraining order on him because he kept harassing us," said Mathis."

Judge says McNeal is now charged with attempted CAPITAL murder, rape, 2 cts of arson. That has changed from arresting charges.
As usual, or what I like to say "The crime was done by two: The crook and the liberals who let him out". Here in New York city last Spring an Obamason decided to beat an elderly Asian man to death, all caught on CCTV. After he beat him and stomped on his head until dead, he then smacked his fists together like he just scored a touchdown. No robbery involved, he just decided to kill. And what was he out on? I did not need to look at the picture of the perp. The name “Cornell” was enough. He probably has half brothers named Earnel and Donell. His sistuhs have names endin in “ika” and “isha”.
Oh how terrible. That poor woman. How she suffered.

This piece of trash won’t get what he really deserves, unfortunately.
In a population whose family structure has been ripped out, there is no morality, no concept of the future and therefore of cause and effect. No number of perps being captured and punished, even hung, drawn and quartered will deter these. The perp only worries about being caught right now. the possibility of being caught tomorrow doesn’t even exist in his mind.

In the future, folks will line up to exhibit sorrow and sell it to others. They will talk of how unfair capital punishment is. They will damn citizens who don’t buy in. There will be a racial element to it.
The family of this woman will never hear the end of it.
He not only raped and killed this woman, he will now rape the minds of those who loved her for the rest of their lives.
And in his mind, he thinks she deserved it.

There is an element in our society that has literally gone to hell, and it’s our hell.
Can the president when he grants pardons grant a general pardon, or does he have to individually identify each pardonee? The Sultan could really mess up society with a general pardon.
People will be forced to take matters into thier own hands because it is evident every day that attacks of this nature are more and more prevelant with less and less charges more plea barganing and less jail time. The police are now being hog tied by the politicians the race baiters and the media into being a by stander while social justice rears its angry head and gets them off scott free.
