How can a pardon be granted to illegal aliens who have stolen Social Security numbers and other personal identities, and not to other citizens who may have done the same things for other reasons? I thought the laws applied equally to everyone. Is this legal?

There is a perverse justice here. Illegals are held to a much lower standard than citizens.
My daughter biked 10 miles on a dangerous highway to the Taco Bell in Lockeford, CA. She could only get 20 hours. The manager’s undocumented brother got 60 hours per week on 3 different bogus SSNO s.

Illegal aliens are first class citizens. You and me? We are second class citizens. The law only applies to us second class citizens.
These illegal aliens work under the table and take cash and never report it to the IRS. They get welfare money for children they don't have or who live in Mexico.
Can you name one single illegal alien who has ever been convicted of tax evasion or welfare fraud?
My guess is that most of these illegal aliens want nothing to do with being legal. If they were legal, then they'd have to obey the laws like everyone else.

IRS of course knows whom is using bad numbers. They look the other way, but on American citizens and LEGAL Immigrants, accidentally TRANSPOSE two number on a dependents SSNumber and wham! Letter that they won’t process your return until you send back a VALID SSNumber. Yet, untold numberb of Illegal Immigrants that use FALSE, FAKE, STOLEN SSNumbers for themselves and 20 “children” ( http://www.wthr.com/story/17798210/tax-loophole-costs-billions , Indiana) have NO PROBLEM WITH THEIR TAX “REFUNDS” OR RETURNS.

I can’t find a job. My age, being a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years, and my lack of Spanish fluency (Most employers, including Govt. positions, are either requiring this “fluency” now or “it’s a plus” on your application). I am no longer fluent. Interestingly, the Spanish fluency is more important than how well you speak ENGLISH.
Our children/grandchildren will pay the price. The children/grandchildren of the Elites will not. Life will go swimmingly and richly along as usual for them. In any Governing system (Unions included), the Elites don’t live as the paupers.
I did my own research last year. The compliance rate of Illegal Immigrant males with the Selective Service Law is damn near zero.
They want to be Americans? No they don’t. They want the perks without the cost or obligation.
Legal Immigrants want to be Americans. If they are caught doing what Illegal Immigrants are doing, they will be deported and citizenship DENIED.

There is a gov website which features SS numbers of dead people. I have bumped into it doing genealogical research numerous times. In fact, I found my dead relatives on the site.
People are probably using my family's numbers right now.

I don’t understand how fake Social Security numbers can work. Every number that’s been assigned is either tied to a living person or to a dead person. The SS office has an up-to-date list of all numbers, all addresses, and all of those who’ve already died.
So, what’s the good of using a dead person’s number? As soon as it shows up in the system somewhere it’s easily identified as a fraudulent use of the number. Ditto for stealing someone else’s number.
For example, my mother is old enough she doesn’t file taxes any longer, but the SS office knows her name, age, address, and the fact that she’s still alive. And they’ll know within a month of her eventual death that she’s gone. How does my mother’s number do anyone any good? Someone tries to use it and it’s already tagged to my mother. Clearly the new user is defrauding someone.
I realize that lack of enforcement is the only obvious answer to the situations I describe above, but are there uses that avoid detection that I’ve not described? I just don’t get it.

Using a bogus social security number is committing fraud. Otherwise, why use it?
