Mr. Obama has declared war on America. It doesn't matter where he was born. He is not of America. He did not grow up in America. He has little in common with Americans. He has no respect for Judeo-Christian philosophy.
He is not acting in America's best interest. His stated goal is to "fundamentally reform" America. If he nominates another justice, that nominee will be a radical. Think Eric Holder or Al Sharpton.
No, this stuff stays because playing off it generates partisanship and opens the floodgates of money

Once in a while, Breyer follows the Constitution (e.g., Bush v. Gore), but it’s not always the American Constitution. He’s one of the most avid proponents of looking to other countries laws to inform his decision. Let’s just call him a (not so far) leftist.
You don't seem to understand that for the next two years it is Obama who nominates all justices. The odds of him appointing "sane RABID RIGHT WING justices" are not only ZERO, but he is so childish that he will continue to nominate insane RABID LEFT WING justices even at the expense of getting no one approved. He will also veto any new bills to do most of the other things on your list and there are not 2/3 majorities in either house to override his vetoes.
