Perry has said he supports a "pathway to citizenship" for those in this country ILLEGALLY.
In light of that, I don't give much credence to anything he might way vis a vis opposing Obama's amnesty or what he might do to counter it.

The Constitution grants the SC “original jurisdiction” (good search term for you)in matters between a state and the feds. It is optional, they can have the matter handled by a lower court if they wish.
There are lots of cases of Circuit Justices issuing injunctions against states, but I confess I’ve found no instances of a Circuit Justice issuing one against the feds except on appeal. IANAL or expert!

Do you not understand that Perry, McConnell, Boehner and other evil GOPe pukes are doing absolutely nothing to stop anything Obama does?
Haters? Our Founders would be screaming for us to tar and feather the traitorous RINOs.

I agree. I think it is a wise move as Perry is doing the job and Texas is that Obama and his pals should be doing.

He might accidentally do the right thing, though, with Abbott helping him along.
That's the only hope I hold out.
I don't count on Perry for doing anything conservative on purpose or on his own.
I know better.

We are in one of the most perilous situations that our country has ever experienced. We need a hero.

Did he add the free in state tuition for the illegals to the 12 mil that he is all for?
And ALSO, where did this 5 million new LEGAL residents come from. I thought Oasshole was going to grant it to 11 million illegal invaders.

Why issue an edict that you MAY do something? Like Obozo issuing an announcement that he is getting ready to make an announcement.
When you make up your mind Perry, THEN tell us.

Perry, McConnell, Boehner Perry is State. McConnell and Boehner are Federal. What do you expect the State to do about it until an EO is issued.
I know you want result RIGHT NOW! but that isn't how the real world works, if you are above the age of toddler.
And I didn't vote for any of those liberal republican bastards.

How about a TRO on his illegal executive order!!! Filed on an emergency basis. Then, while you're at it decree that you won't comply with any federal orders to take care of these new Democrat voters. That's actually more legal than anything the feds are doing.
When the feds are lawless, when the courts decree black is white, when they are actively destroying our nation, it is beyond time to tell them to go to hell!

How about you let him issue his illegal executive order. No-one can do anything until then, except wave their arms and shout.
