I've been here all my life.
Ask Dewhurst... oh wait, he got the Boot last election. ;)

No, I’m talking about what I hear politicians say and the difference in what they do regardless of whether they’re state or government with very few exceptions.

Yeah, we had to boot him twice, just to see the look on his face.

I know you want result RIGHT NOW! but that isn't how the real world works, if you are above the age of toddler.Wow, such a mature comment. Not worthy of a retort.
I included Perry because with his actions concerning the NG, he posited himself as taking tough action on the border.
The reality is Perry did nothing that stops the flood. The flood that Obama facilitates by essentially removing our border patrol off the border.

Perry is on his way out the door in Texas after this session.
I won't be voting for him at any level. Perry is a non-issue as far as I'm concerned.
Perry's replacement was NOT the GOP-E favorite. Dewhurst was, but he got sent back to his ranch.

Politicians are worse than spies.
They never tell you what is going on.

When our founders were alive Tx was Mexico. What relevance does that have?
My comments about the Founders was concerning the Constitutional destroying actions by Obama. It has nothing directly to do with Texas.

There is a big difference between what someone in congress can do and what a governor can do.
Perry is out of the picture state wide after January anyway. He was too liberal.

When succinct is the word-of-the-day, they will point to your post. Well said!

That's the reason that liberal bastard won't be in the State House after the 3rd Tuesday in January.

Ask Dewhurst... oh wait, he got the Boot last election. ;)Yes, but if RINO Rick Perry had his way Dewhurst would be senator and Ted Cruz, one of the most conservative men in the senate would never have made it to Washington.
Perry is a fraud, and his is FOR amnesty. No thanks.

Duh. No one said they should file it today. But they should file one, and they should begin researching and preparing to file it today. Just like the leftists do when American citizens exercise their rights and vote to stop giving their money to illegal aliens, or to prohibit gay marriage. They file their actions THAT DAY, in a venue that is favorable, and they always seem to get a judge they like. People on our side need to think aggressively, because the other side sure does.
The waving of arms and shouting is good. It is meant to be a deterrent to his lawlessness, and a signal that it will not go well for him. If he proceeds, which it seems he will, then he will have done so intending to go to war with the people.

" Haters? Our Founders would be screaming for us to tar and feather the traitorous RINOs. "No, they wouldn't be screaming for us to tar and feather any person who is guilty of treason, if that's what "traitorous" means.
Just sayin'.

I wasn't selling the liberal bastard. I want Perry gone, and I worked for both Abbott and Cruz, and ran the 'Give Dewhurst the Boot' thread here on FR.
I want conservatives in Austin, not necessarily Republicans.

Overwhelming him with lawsuits might be fun.
The libtards liked to do that to Sarah Palin, which forced her to resign before they bankrupted her.

I wasn’t accusing you of attempting to sell him. I was adding to your comments. As liberal as Perry is he still has his supporters in this forum. I inject as much truth about the man as I can so as to not allow the pro-Perry/pro-southern invader contingent to dominate the thread with their pro-Perry propaganda.

I wish he was a non issue. But he will be there as a GOP spoiler for a decade or two and they will trot him out every time they need a ‘conservative’ to ‘prove’ their position is ‘acceptable to conservatives’ because, well, Rick Perry! he’s UBER conservative!...in the eyes of many deluded idiots.

Lots of people want an answer RIGHT NOW! and it's not going to happen. Even in a perfect world where there are no liberal Republicans.
