Mortgage interest deduction??
Good.
If they do that, the housing market is dead forever.
This is Satire, right?
??? never heard of this.
I think I would need more sources than the “Richmond Voice”, a weekly “afro-merican” publication.
Satire.
This sounds like leftist parasites’ worst nightmare, but hope it is not a satire.
It reduces an incentive to fraud; someone files a fake schedule C claiming $13,020 income, has 4 children, pays collects a $4500 refund check for EIC and ACTC after the Self Employment tax is paid.
These also provide incentive for Illegals to flood our country looking for free handouts, 19 year olds claiming 3 nephews and nieces as dependents to get ACTC.
I call BS.
??? Is this satire ??
I am very surprised that the mort interest deduction has been removed without massive, massive blowback from the real estate industry and secondly, without hearing about it all over the place.
There are large numbers of people who will not be able to make their mortgage payment without this deduction.
If you think removal of the EITC (removal of which I generally support but to just yank it suddenly) will not generate massive blowback, I think that’s a naive view.
Wow! I remember the The Voice!
I wouldn’t believe a word in it LOL! It’s garbage.
The beginning of a phase-out, I could understand... but to can it wholesale now is begging for riots.
This is fake.
Can’t find anything except that news article attached.
Conservative Economists working for the Heritage Foundation predict up to 20% yearly growth (depending on data sets) to the American economy if the forthcoming Job Creator bill is passed. Economist Paul Horner, speaking on behalf of the foundation, said the Dow Jones stock index could easily surpass 25,000, leading to a massive creation of wealth for speculators when the new corporate tax breaks take effect. For laughs, take a look at how many times that highlighted name pops up on the National Report.
There is a weekly black newspaper called The Richmond Voice... I think this was meant to scare their readers that the GOP is going to cut off their tax rebates, i.e. welfare.
Yes, it’s satire. Reprint from the National Report.
