I may be a little rusty, but --- on order to sign a treaty with another sovereign State, doesn't the Senate have to approve by a 2/3 majority?

What can the Senate do at this point? Pass a law saying the Obama/China agreement is void, unenforceable and without effect5??

This will be done by EPA regulations, I'm sure. No treaty will be presented to the Senate. Then there is only one option: impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate. But the Senate won't convict (it takes 2/3 there).

So the Boy King can do whatever he wishes here.

And this must have the Chinese laughing heartily. In return for Obama's promise to gut American industry now, the Chinese have promised to reduce emissions starting in 2030.
