I may be a little rusty, but --- on order to sign a treaty with another sovereign State, doesn't the Senate have to approve by a 2/3 majority?

This will be done by EPA regulations, I'm sure. No treaty will be presented to the Senate. Then there is only one option: impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate. But the Senate won't convict (it takes 2/3 there).

So the Boy King can do whatever he wishes here.

And this must have the Chinese laughing heartily. In return for Obama's promise to gut American industry now, the Chinese have promised to reduce emissions starting in 2030.

Recently I’ve seen two Fox legal people-—Judge Napolitano and Peter Johnson, Jr.-—separately say that the remedy for such lawlessness as laid out in the Constitution is impeachment, and it is the duty of the Republicans to shoulder their duty and do it. I don’t know if anyone else at Fox is calling for impeachment, but they went there.

I’m waiting...and I’m also hoping for handcuffs and an orange jumpsuit.
