...

Sen. Mark Pryor of Arkansas voted for the Gang of 8 bill. He’s GONE.

Sen. Kay Hagan of North Carolina voted for the Gang of 8 bill. GONE.

Sen. Mark Udall of Colorado voted for the Gang of 8 bill. GONE

Sen. Mark Begich of Alaska voted for the Gang of 8 bill. Almost certainly GONE

Sen. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana voted for the Gang of 8 bill. She will probably be GONE after a January runoff.

Alison Grimes supported the Gang of 8 bill in Kentucky. DEFEATED

Michelle Nunn supported the Gang of 8 bill in Georgia. DEFEATED

Greg Orman supported the Gangof 8 bill in Kansas. DEFEATED

Bruce Braley supoorted the Gang of 8 bill in Iowa. DEFEATED

Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire and Mark Warner of Virginia voted for the Gang of 8 bill and BARELY SURVIVED against longshot challengers.

Do you sense a pattern in there somewhere? Schumer would probably be chairman of the lucrative Banking Committee if he hadn’t pushed his amnesty bill. . . . Do you think that, say, Oregon’s Democratic Senator Ron Wyden will be eager to vote on the Son of Gang of 8 next year? He’s up in 2016. Yesterday, his state’s voters rejected a bill to provide drivers’ licenses to illegals — it lost by a margin of 68 to 32, with more votes cast against it than were cast in favor of any candidate. It lost big in Democratic areas and lost in Republican areas. I don’t think Wyden wants to vote for another “comprehensive” bill.

Oregon would elect Brezhnev. Wyden can be as big a commie as he wants.

It appears that in Oregon there was a lot of aisle crossing against border crossing.

This is the immigration reform that Americans want:

The candidate that would run on this platform would win in a Reagan-sized landslide.

“Unemployment will rise with all the staff losing their jobs”

When they have no professional skill other than lying it may limit their job possibilities.

The Riot Act has been read and published. The message will probably be lost on the Zero who is probably coking it up under his desk right now. He’s certain to lash out.

How bout a one for one exchange? For every illegal we deport, bring back a legal immigrant that has been patiently waiting to emigrate.

“Anchor baby” is a very MINOR issue. This avails only to the benefit of those with the patience to wait for said baby to become of age to sponsor the parents to be permanent residents on the way to citizenship. For someone with enough patience to wait for this, I say blessings, and not a big deal. People who think this far ahead usually will not be bums.

I think you really mean the modern practice of immediately lavishing all manner of government welfare on foreign parents who managed to have a birth in the USA, so they can stay in the USA with the baby. That has warped the notion of charity beyond all recognition.

I don’t think he’s the originator of most of the ideas that are coming from the White House. He’s more of a figurehead. We are going to see, basically, how a committee reacts.

I disagree. Instant citizenship for the spawn of illegals is huge. The important aspect of the ‘anchor baby’ issue is the draw of US citizenship for one’s progeny. A pregnant woman who can’t expect instant, automatic citizenship for whatever she drops this side of the border may think twice about making the effort, especially if the other elements are also instituted so that there are no free benefits or employment.

"Anchor Baby" is not the issue---the modern practice is those who finagle to give birth here to stay in the USA---which they know enables "chain migration" --- hordes of relatives come over and get on the US gravy train, all of 'em blanketed w/ US govt checks. This has warped the notion of charity beyond all recognition.

The recent spectacle of minors flooding the border was a new wrinkle---b/c virtually all of them had parents waiting in the wings til they got over.....salivating to board the gravy train.

This was well-organized-- minors were given typewritten cheat sheets--coached to give US Border Security falsified info.

Border-jumpers were coached to say they were was "desperate" to escape the violence and poverty in Central America, so they left home, traveled 1000's of miles through Guatemala and Mexico's dangerous drug cartel territory (aided by drug smugglers who were paid up to $10,000 by "impoverished" parents).

======================================================

The Washington Times reported that, according to Border Patrol statistics, most of the so-called “children” apprehended in the recent border rush are actually entire families. The parents send the kids across---as a PR ploy---then reunite with them later.

Less than one-fourth of all those apprehended are unaccompanied alien children from Central America. “The number of illegally arriving families shot up five times faster than unaccompanied alien children arrivals over last year”

CIS reports: “There is little evidence to suggest that the recent arrivals are victims of trafficking, which involves coercion. Instead, "impoverished" families are willing participants in smuggling operations, having paid smugglers (up to $10,000) to bring them into the United States. ..ICE explains, “Human trafficking and human smuggling are distinct criminal activities, and the terms are not interchangeable.”

===================================================

"Cheat Sheets" have been found at the border, indicating illegals were coached to give false info to US got officials.

==============================================

The PR centered on so-called "unacompanied minors"....whose parents were nearby waiting til their kids got across...... and now all of them are riding the US gravy train bigtime.....AND working in organized pressure groups advocating the overthrow of the US govt.
