A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a young woman who was found stabbed to death at her Florida home five months ago. Nicole Franco, 19, who worked as a pastry chef at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, was murdered in her own bed on June 3. DNA testing has lead the investigation to D'Marcus Tucker, 15, a neighbor at the gated Bridgewater Place apartments in Oakland Park. Tucker was charged on Monday with one count of first-degree murder.

Technically...the woman Ellie Nesler shot the man who had molested several boys, including her young son William, who was 6 y.o. at the time.
William ultimately became an adult who was pretty messed-up himself as well. It is all very unfortunate.
He eventually stomped a man to death in 2005 who had been hired by the Nesler Family as a handyman/housecleaner or something like that.
Ellie Nesler eventually died of cancer.
Her son remains in prison for the murder he committed.
He had to give DNA because of an arrest for a different crime later. Florida law provides for DNA samples when someone is arrested for a felony or “certain kinds of misdemeanors.”
DNA evidence from the young woman’s bed. Was he was standing over her shedding hair follicles while he was trying so hard to not to wake her, and just commit a nice quiet burglary without anyone getting hurt, and that’s why the first thing he picked up was a very sharp knife?

Punk broke in, took her wallet, made a noise that woke her, she saw him and he immediately started stabbing her. She was able to report the assault to 911, but the cops were too late.
So she was guilty of just looking at the guy in her own home.
Let’s pray he gets certified as an adult, so he’ll make some older, bigger prison thug a nice play-toy.

Yes, you are correct. I should have reread the case before commenting. I did just after posting. What it really shows though is how the molestation set up a chain of events (albiet abetted by his mother’s drug problem) where he ended up going bad. A bunch of lives needlessly wasted by sexual deviancy and drugs, coupled with a justice system that is also disfunctional.
