They are nice indeed. But quality examples now run nearly 3 times the cost of one Mosin. And 8mm ammo is scarcer than hens teeth. Grab a Mosin or two and a few tins of ammo while you can.

What scares me is that these ‘lone wolves’ will attack the vulnerable like the child in the park or the homeless under the bridge or a crowd during church services.

That’s encouraging. I like to think Americans are different and will actually do something when it becomes necessary.
It is good to prepare and be on the watch. However, I will be watching for government’s efforts to combat “lone wolf” recruitment, etc. via the blogs, internet, etc. by new Patriot Act-like measures.
We all know how that has been misused and abused. It wasn’t long ago that the FBI’s prime terror suspects were veterans, gun owners, conservatives and the like in their information briefs and handouts to local LEA.
IOW, I just don’t trust them. NOT ONE BIT.
This comes as no surprise for anyone who knows anything about Islam. It's entirely predictable, especially given that the Obola regime is not interested in doing anything to stop these attacks.
