In the 70s and 80s there was much enthusiasm in some quarters for using Islamic revolutionaries to counter the Soviet Union. The Tom Hanks film Charlie Wilson's War tries in its way (caricaturish or propagandistic maybe) to recapture the spirit of those days.
Today that kind of thinking appears hopeless naive. If McCain and Brzezinski are still following that strategy against today's Russia (and China) they are dangerously behind the times.
But it's hard to see what Obama's 'Marxism' or Frank Marshall Davis has to do with it.

The sad truth would appear to be that Frank Marshall Davis is his daddy and Obama was just pulled in to keep the Red Stench off of the baby. I suppose he pulled this little gem out for Pelosi, et. What about that ring, that supposedly has Arabic script on it? A blowup was posted on a birther thread, and it did look strange, for a random pattern or coarse florentining.
Occidental Community College? Uh, no, it’s a four year school. I know someone who went there at the same time and remembers Obama and his pontificating how he was going to change the world.
