Americans have been indoctrinated for so many decades, the vast majority are now herd animals. Election fraud will be sugarcoated and overlooked. You think fraud will be bad in 2014, wait until der Hildebeeste runs in the next presidential election!
And there will be no CW-II, especially for election fraud, and probably not ever. Americans sit behind their computers and bitch about the government, the Dumbocraps, Obutthole, etc., but deep down nearly all have been conditioned to think of the government as a loving parent who is here to help us, and would never purposely do us harm. In the direst of circumstances, most will turn to the government as a shining beacon of hope. Few if any individuals would raise arms to resist their Dear Leader.
If Obama gave every illegal alien a uniform and a badge and sent them out to collect everyone’s guns, the majority would willingly hand them over. The faith of the sheep in their governmental pastor is that strong. A little election fraud will not register in most people’s minds.
It’s like “boiling a frog”, most will not notice they’re being cooked until someone sticks a fork in them.

Of course it can. This would be the simplest thing in the world to program.
If I were going to write a corrupt program, one way to do it would be to leave all votes for my party intact and for the other parties change half of them to my party. That would guarantee my party a victory while still showing some votes for the other parties. There are many other schemes that would work, but this one would be simple and would distribute the fraud evenly over time and over the the other parties’ votes.

I would add a finger or thumb print next to the recorded name on the voter roll.
We need to return to one day for voting.

It can be the entire 24 hour period of one day. I would start after work on Monday at about 8 pm and go until 8 pm the next day. One complete day. And then it’s over.
No precinct can release totals until all are ready. All submit at the same time.
And for presidential elections, I’d do the same. No state release until all release. The totals per state held in silence until all are released at once.
So, if NY begins voting at 12 midnight, then Hawaii begins at 6 pm, and each go 24 hours. They start and end at the same time across the country. They count at the same time. And they all release numbers at the same time.
