Ever consider the 1/3 ratio of staff to inmate population? The guards, purchasing clerks, food services workers, social services staff, medical staff, chaplains, outside contractors for facility maintenance, etc......?

While I understand the emotional hardness on the matter, the reality is something entirely different.

Get Hibiclens. That’s what surgeons use and it kills viruses (including Ebola) and bacteria. They make wipes also.
