Evidence supports officer’s account of shooting in Ferguson
The Washington Post ^ | October 22, 2014 | Kimberly Kindy and Sari Horwitz

Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed unarmed teenager Michael Brown after they fought for control of the officer’s gun and after Brown moved toward Wilson as they faced off in the street, according to interviews, news accounts and the full report of the St. Louis County autopsy of Brown’s body.

Because Wilson is white and Brown was black, the case has ignited intense debate over how police interact with African American men. But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson’s account of events of Aug. 9, according to several people familiar with the investigation who spoke with The Washington Post.

Some of the physical evidence — including blood spatter analysis, shell casings and ballistics tests — also supports Wilson’s account of the shooting, The Post’s sources said, which cast Brown as an aggressor who threatened the officer’s life. The sources spoke on condition of anonymity because they are prohibited from publicly discussing the case.

In the Washington Post, the administration has given the OK to the state run media to release this information.

Must have been hard for the WaPo to put this on their website... probably in tears looking for a volunteer to hit the ENTER button...

Won’t matter. The gentle giants and little angels are all set to loot and riot.

I’m glad to see that there are some honest witnesses. They might want to consider moving out of the hood when this blows up.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has obtained an official copy of the autopsy....and details are already on AOL news.

Looks good for the home team, fellow freepers!

From the very long WaPo article:

"The St. Louis Post-Dispatch late Tuesday night published Brown’s official county autopsy report, an analysis of which also suggests the 18-year-old may not have had his hands raised when he was fatally shot, as has been the contention of protesters who have demanded Wilson’s arrest.

I am convinced that Democrats have been actively fanning the flames of Ferguson since the incident in an effort to nationalize the event and motivate the Black constituency to get out and vote. Plain and simple just anther attempt to fan racial hatred for nothing more than to get people to hate just enough so they go out and vote for their Democrat saviors. That is vote out those evil White people in favor of the “good” White Liberal masters.

This was a classic attempt to repeat the James Byrd chain dragging incident used against Bush.

Just about every major election season there just happens to be some major racial event that Democrats seek to construct into a national incident for no other purpose than to call Republicans racists so Democrats can benefit from the Black vote. It is disgusting, and so obvious.

You watch, something will happen again in 2016.

“...evidence...Wilson’s account of the shooting was correct...”

Well isn’t that inconvenient, for them.

but, but, but Wilson was white and, and, and....Brown was black....it was racial...right.

On the one hand the man could have been somebody regardless of his families income level or race, unfortunately he chose a life popular and considered normal amongst his people...thuggery, theft, drugs, ignorance. His life ended because of his choices.

That was obvious from the report from the autopsy Brown's family had done. His right arm had an entrance wound in the forearm between the wrist and elbow, and an exit wound in his upper arm, behind the elbow. The only way Brown could get that wound pattern standing with his hands in the air is if Wilson was shooting from the top of a 12 foot stepladder.

The story reports that these witnesses fear for their safety.

Also, the toxicology report says that Brown had so much THC in his system that he could have been hallucinating.

Thank goodness for those honest witnesses.
An alternate approach is they may wish to remain in the neighborhood so it doesn't appear they are running!
It is certainly a stressful time for those law-abiding folks.

This is not going to play for the night time theater crowd in Ferguson.

Zombie town is alive and well there. The crowd wants nothing less than scooping Officer Wilson’s brains out of his head and passing it around.

A simple lynching would not be enough.

Reports have said that many of these agitators, looters and thugs came from out of town - rent-a-mobs, criminals, professional race baiters, etc.
