Brown’s lawyer was quoted in an article here a few days ago as saying that he didn’t see any value in the forensic evidence, and he would depend on `eyewitness testimony’.

I’m curious whether his eyewitnesses’ recorded transcript testimony jives with the incontrovertible forensic evidence; e.g. “You said you witnessed the entire event. Did you ever see Michael Brown in the police car?”

Forensic evidence, done scientifically, isn’t mistaken & it doesn’t lie: FE has no ax to grind.
So it looks like the family’s attorney may be planning on winning in voir dire—jury selection—like the OJ Simpson lawyers: impugning state witnesses, histrionics and a direct appeal to the jurors’ prejudices.

You ought to read the screaming, hollering, and exploding of heads going on over at DummyU. If there's one issue that defines the difference between conservatives and liberals it's the liberals failure to understand the dysfunctions of the Black Underclass.

Every failure by the BU is explained away by the libs as due to white racism. According to libs, no black has ever committed a crime or one that wasn't caused by the perfidious presence of white racism. Like every shooting of a black thug by the cops, the Dummies are claiming planting of evidence and lying by the police. I doubt we'll ever come to any agreement. Time to separate.

That ship has sailed many decades ago. There is no changing the culture of the Black Underclass short of radical measures that many would consider unconstitutional i.e. segregation, deportation, sterilization. Tougher law enforcement measures against ghetto thugs is the only immediate and constitutional answer, and even that will be fought tooth and nail by the liberals.

The example that I typically illustrate for Liberals is this...imagine two scenarios:

* First scenario is a white motorist whose car ran out of gasoline in an all-black neighborhood and he must walk to go find an open service station to purchase fuel.

* Second scenario is a black motorist whose car ran out of gasoline in an all-white neighborhood and he must walk to go find an open service station to purchase fuel.

In which of those examples is the motorist far more likely to walk to the gas station in peace, without getting hassled, mugged, raped, or murdered along the way?

There are all-black neighborhoods in my area that survival is questionable...and that robbery and rape is almost assured. In the all-white neighborhoods proximal to me, this black motorist would simply walk to wherever he is going without any issue.

I am convinced that Democrats have been actively fanning the flames of Ferguson since the incident in an effort to nationalize the event and motivate the Black constituency to get out and vote.

You are so right. But, I think, the fanning of the flames is meant to go beyond the election, as well, to keep people stirred up and hating, as the left takes us ever deeper into a dictatorship.
