About an hour ago a shooter killed a guard at Ottawa's War Memorial. The same shooter, or another, then entered the Parliament Building where he was shoot by security personnel.
Police are saying nearby Rideau Centre shopping mall is now on lockdown.
If you like your Muslims, you can keep them. Period.
Could be.
Could also be Quebecois separatists
Could also be Irish terrorists since Canada still has British ties.
Ottawa Civic hospital reports two new patients are en route, one with gunshot wound, both in stable condition. Unknown they are related to this attack.
Unconfirmed: Trenton Air Force base sending jet fighters to Ottawa.
Can you imagine what a field day ISIS is going to have here in the USA with their ally, Muslim Brotherhood, POTUS Obama at the helm fo the the USA, Ship-of-State!!! It matters to the victims regardless of whether it was an individual effort or not. FT Hood was an individual effort. So were the recent incidents this year in Seattle, Skyway, WA, West Orange, NJ, and Moore, OK, which cost a total of 5 innocent lives.
I can recall personally the terror caused by the two DC snipers for over a month.

The objective is to terrorize. The MSM coverage helps accomplish that objective. PM Harper was evacuated from his office. Government operations were suspended.

I wouldn't say they are "good" at big plots. Major attacks have been few and far between. These lone wolf attacks will continue and they are the most difficult to address and prevent.
We'll likely never know.
