Surveillance Video Apparently Catches Guy Doing Something at the Ballot Box
The Blaze ^ | 10-20-14 | Jon Street

An Arizona county party official said he saw a man stuffing “hundreds” of ballots into the ballot box and later told a local news outlet the entire incident was caught on surveillance video.

“A person wearing a Citizens for a Better Arizona T-shirt dropped a large box of hundreds of early ballots on the table and started stuffing the ballot box as I watched in amazement,” said A.J. LaFaro, chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Party.

The Maricopa County GOP chairman provided the Arizona Daily Independent with the following account of what happened during the Aug. 26 primary election cycle:

Guy: “What’s your problem?”

LaFaro: “I don’t have a problem.”

Guy: “Stop watching me. You’re annoying me.”

LaFaro: “One of your ballots isn’t sealed.”

Guy: “It’s none of your business. What’s your name?”

LaFaro: “I’m the chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Party. What’s yours?”

Guy: “Go f*** yourself. I don’t have to tell you who I am.”

LaFaro said he later submitted a public information request and obtained this surveillance video from 12:30- 1:30 on Aug. 25 (audio unavailable):

LaFaro said it all happened as he was working with the elections staff during early ballots processing. The team in charge of processing the ballots got “way ahead” so the information systems coordinator convened an extended lunch period from 11:30- 1:00 p.m.

It was between 12:54 and 1:04 that LaFaro said he was seated at one of the cubicles, heard a loud thud and turned around to see the man who he claims was caught on tape stuffing “hundreds” of ballots. LaFaro described the man as a “vulgar, disrespectful, violent thug” with “no respect for our laws.” He said he would have followed the man to his car to get his tag number but “feared for [his] life.”

“America used to be a nation of laws where one person had one vote,” LaFaro said, the Daily Independent reported. ”I’m sad to say not anymore.”

On its website, Citizens for a Better Arizona says it is an “outgrowth of the grassroots movement that led to the historic recall of former [Republican] President of the Senate Russell Pearce.” The group is ”committed to improving the quality of life of all Arizonans – better schools, better health care, better jobs, better government and a better, more civil tone of respect and decency.”

TheBlaze has attempted to contact Maricopa County officials to find out whether any investigation is ongoing. Such attempts have been unsuccessful as of the time this story was last updated.

Anyone convicted of voting fraud should incur capital punishment, IMO.

Disenfranchise me of my vote by fraudulent means should incur the death penalty, period.

Enough of treating this as a non issue. If the ballot box is not going to be a valid means of directing our society forward, then this must be the solution, otherwise, it is time to leave the ballot box behind and direct our efforts to the ammunition box.

IMO.

"Guy" sounds like a piece of work, but the GOP "guy" sounds like another wimpy, RINO. If this punk had said something like that to me, he'd be spitting out chiclets. The GOP has to toughen up.

That video is incredible. Over 7 minutes long. Why wasn’t he stopped at 1 minute?

Early voting is an open door invitation to fraud. Pure and simple.

Nah can’t be true, according to Donna Brazille, Voter fraud is a total lie..Democrats know the ONLY way they win elections is by stuffing the ballot box..they know that its the only way to get around voter ID laws, to just stuffing the ballot box with bogus ballots..and they do it because #1 they get away with it each and every time and #2, because they know they can’t win any other way

No one who is capable of going to the polls should be allowed to vote via absentee ballot whatsoever.

Under no Circumstances should any other early voting be allowed. It is a formula for fraud.

In many states what I stated above was always true because they knew darn well about fraud.

All these changes and more are part of the formula schemed up by Democrats to commit fraud. A few republicans have figured out that they can get in on it too.

All absentee ballots should be either mailed or delivered in person by the voter who is on the ballot. Or at least no more than a couple of ballots delivered by someone else. That someone else having to state the reason why they are delivering it and there relationship with the voter.

I've been against early voting all along for that very reason.

At the very least, he should have followed the guy to his car and recorded his license plate. What a wussie.

The left knows that once they get the vote in the box, nobody will undo the damage. It disgusts me.

I couldn’t agree more, but where I live, there is no in person voting. We have motor voter, give illegals drivers’ licenses on the basis of a phone bill or electric bill and you can even register by Facebook.

Democrats have managed to so corrupt the election process that I have my doubts if we will ever see a reliable election again.

I forgot to mention that we also have Indian reservations in WA and the tribes oversee their own voting. From what I hear, everyone who lives the reservation votes, and votes in perpetuity.

Yeah something like that. We call those drop boxes in my lingo. Very prevalent among the DemoRat career criminals in order to pull off their schemes...

This is how Hussein got over 100% of the vote in some precincts in 2012. Has anyone investigated?? Oh, that’s right.. It would be racist to do that I guess. Before long it will be sexist to challenge votes for Hillary.

If Democrats insist that vote fraud is non-existent then they should have no problem in making it a felony.
