If she saw him, I suspect it’s because he wanted her to see him.
My guess is he’s in Boca washing dishes in a steak house hoping to work his way up to wait staff.
Or he put a muzzle in his mouth.
State police said the new sighting appears to be highly credible because it took place near the Pocono Mountain East High School where survivalist Eric Frein attended classes.
