I just hope law enforcement catches this guy or better yet, knocks him off. He’s really turned people’s lives upside down in that region. They are fearful and justifiably so.

I think the guy is:
1) long gone
2) ate a bullet himself.
Nobody can stay that penned in for that long and not get caught.
IF he is still there, it won’t be long until the Worlds Best Cop finally brings him out. That cop has stopped burglaries, drive-bys and stealing cars, etc., etc. for years. His name is Officer Jack Frost.
