WASHINGTON — The Pentagon has picked a name for its military effort against Islamic State forces in Iraq and Syria: Operation Inherent Resolve. ....
Despite the initial reaction at the Pentagon, military officials said that Central Command pressed to adopt Operation Inherent Resolve as the moniker. Additionally, some officials thought that a mundane name also would be a safe choice, unlikely to offend any member of the international coalition the U.S. has assembled to strike extremist targets.

Doesn’t have near the snap of “Operation Overlord.”
This ridiculous name only highlights the fact that OBama has no resolve to win against ISIS, much less an inherent resolve.
This had to be a name that was designed by someone in the Pentagon to make fun of the President.

Resolve to do what, exactly? Sounds like "Change You Can Believe In", a perfect slogan for people who believe in lies.
Inherent Rresolve...sounds like a De Greaser....to me.
