Absolutely, but I think he’ll be cleared as he should be. You know an indictment would already be handed down with all the political pressure, had the facts warranted it. They were hoping for an indictment but can’t seem to fit the square peg in the round hole.

I don’t see what the big deal is. The cop was accused, tried and convicted not only by the press but by Governor Nixon himself. No need for further investigations or a trial.

...Slave-holders in the Antebellum South echoed their Aristocratic forebears in believing that they were doing black slaves a service by managing their lives and making their physical abilities productive. Otherwise, they would be living the ‘short, brutish’ lives of savages. This idea is carried forth to this day as the Party of Jim Crow still holds that blacks and other minorities cannot take care of themselves w/o help from whites [and minorities who have been properly vetted] who are are smarter and know better. The idea that minorities could be empowered to see to their own personal and economic security is viewed with a combination of fear and derision by the Left.

It doesn’t matter what is done, but who is doing it and to whom. That is what is replacing Rule of Law.

At the same time in the Southland, there are militia groups that train together and include Negroes in a significant proportion. The Negroes tend to be the ex sergeants and know haw to handle and treat weapons. They have the same concerns as their white comrades. They will defend each other and each others' families.
Imagine the gesture while saying “whacha gonna do? shoot me?”
And it makes sense.
‘Fair’ is not a synonym for ‘just.’ ‘Fair’ is you send x% of white people to prison thus you must not send more than x% of black people to prison, no caveats or qualifications. ‘Just’ is you send convicted criminals to prison.
