I’d love to see the Cards and Royals. Me too. A good cross-state series and no "Big Market" teams. Even though I'm a NL fan, I'll root for the Royals. I love the way they play.

In KC in 85 we often called it The I-70 Series.
I am on top of the world. Been a fan since they started and knew Kaufmann when I was a kid and he was just getting started in the pill business.

I lived in KC and went to their games long, long ago. Remember outstanding players like Freddie Patek and George Brett. So glad these guys pulled it out. Hope they win it all.

That was a poor call, but it still stood and as we said gleefully you can’t say one call cost you the series.
