If you're going to cut off (pun intended) a terrorist's capacity to communicate, certainly it would cause consternation regarding the loss of their soapbox,ability to communicate and will understandably have resort to the same sort of working skills they use to ply their trade to prevent any such thing suspension of service. That's what happens when your customers are those you prefer not servicing.
As ISIS gets more audacious with time, something like this is bound to happen.
