SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME! I DON'T UNDERSTAND! (Vanity)
October 10, 2014 | Din Maker

Posted on 10/11/2014 6:30:44 AM PDT by Din Maker

I don't understand why one is called a "purist", a "troll", a "fascist", a "liberal Democrat" and a lot of other, non-flattering names just because they.....

Stand up to powerful, political elites, who have a lot of power over us, the common man, and say to them:

"You hate Conservatives! You have vowed to "crush" us wherever you find us."

"You used racist antics and Black Democrats to steal an Election from a fine young Conservative in MS. In so doing, you disenfranchised the votes of everyone of his supporters. You violated their Civil Rights, and that can be proved in a Court of Law. Yet, no one in the GOP hierarchy reproved you."

"You think you are so entitled to a Senate seat in a State that is not even your legal residence. You declared in legal documents that your legal residence is in a State you have lived in since your children were in Elementary School. And you declared on video that you only visit the State you represent when you have an opponent."

"You want our campaign donations so you can pour big bucks into the campaign of RINOs, like yourself, and hang out to dry, a true Conservative like Terri Lynn Land in Michigan."

"You hate people like Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin. You work behind the scenes to discredit and "muzzle" them. Yet, you call them to Kansas when your boy is in trouble and might lose his Senate seat."

Somebody please tell me why we have to kowtow down and give our "blessings" and our votes to people who have molested us for years and we're not allowed to rise up and fight back when we could rid our Party, our nation and our very lives of a couple of them and still win control of the Senate.

Somebody please tell me why.

Deal with it! If you can’t run with the big dogs, stay under the porch.

It's simply stupid to claim there isn't a dime's worth of difference between the parties. People like you have set the bar so high that Ronald Reagan wouldn't be acceptable to you. But, Reagan was right when he said someone that agrees with you 80% of the time is your friend, not your enemy.

On the contrary, it's people like you who have set the bar so low that you would vote for nominees like Mike Huckabee, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie or Mitt Romney if they were nominated, as you would continue to support the re-elections of John McCain, Lindsay Graham and Thad Cochran -- to say nothing of Mitch McConnell, who has promised to "punch the Tea Party in the nose."

In case you haven't noticed, the RINOcrats have made it very clear in this election cycle that they are AT WAR with conservatives. Did Ronald Reagan ever say that someone making outright war on you, and supporting your enemies rather than supporting you, is your friend? Seriously?

ONLY ONE MORE RINO and Obamcare never would have passed into law. A John McCain or Mitt Romney would never have allowed ISIS to take over large portions of Iraq and Syria. Either would be restricting air travel to Western Africa to protect Americans against Ebola.

Except that John McCain (whom I voted for) and Mitt Romney (whom I also voted for) wouldn't fight and couldn't even give Americans a reason not to vote for a ridiculously inexperienced, America-hating and obviously dangerous candidate like Obama. And if you can't sell liberty and free markets to Americans -- AMERICANS -- well, frankly, to put it mildly, YOU SUCK.

As a result of their inability to articulate and sell core American values to Americans, each ended up losing the country to an outright totalitarian leftist who never had a friend that wasn't a self-avowed communist.

But I gotta give Mitt Romney credit, he sure had the drive and gonads to trash New Gingrich, the best hope for conservatism of the whole pack.

If only the GOPe had the balls to support a conservative nominee in 2008, there never would have been Obamacare. And certainly, we would have been spared a Democrat House and Senats.

Your precious RINOs had the White House, the Senate and the House ten years ago. What did they do to advance liberty, limited government, free markets and Constitutional law when they had the chance? Answer: Nothing.

They weren't even able to argue effectively against the slanderous attacks of the Leftist Democrats.

But you're right to blame "people like me" for Obamacare's passage, because I DID vote for McCain and Romney. But I hope to rectify that egregious error by NEVER supporting the RINOcrats or voting for one again.

Last week a low-brow FReeper pinged Din Maker to a thread and orchestrated a pack attack against him purporting him to be a troll. I believe it was because Din Maker has a screen name that is similar to a now-banned poster that the low-brow is intimidated by.

I don’t know if this is the impetus for Din Maker’s vanity but it was stupid and unwarranted (and typical for that particular low-brow).

That “now-banned” poster you’re talking about was called “Don Meaker” and I have no freakin’ idea who he was or is. Nice try.

You are a perfect example of the a** licking RINOs that I wrote this Post about.

Oh, you mean JimRob, Free Republic's founder? He fought Romney every step of the way through the primary and ended up voting for him. I did the same thing. We were both right.

Only someone whose brain has expired doesn't realize Romney wouldn't be allowing a terrorist group to takeover Iraq, allow tens of thousands of illegal immigrant children to flood the nation and spread disease, use the IRS as a political weapon to persecute conservatives or refuse to protect the nation against Ebola.

George W. Bush looks like George Washington compared to Obama.

You're dumber than Democrats. Democrats know they have to elect phony moderates to gain power but the liberals control the agenda.

There is NO chance of getting 51 Ted Cruzs elected. The best conservatives can hope for is a Republican majority, enough conservatives to set the agenda and conservative President with a mandate.

Your only strategy is piss and moan and let Democrats continue to hold power. You're better off not even participating in the process.

Your precious RINOs had the White House, the Senate and the House ten years ago.

When Republicans were in charge of Congress, the budget was actually balanced.

One more RINO in the Senate in 2010 and Obamacare would never have passed into law. EVERY REPUBLICAN VOTED AGAINST OBAMACARE.

When Bush was in the White House, Muslim terrorists were on the run instead of taking control of large portions of the middle east and beheading Americans. We're headed for another 9/11 because "principled" people like you allowed Obama to have a second term.

You're beyond stupid if you can't see how much worse things have been with Democrats in charge. The idea there is no difference between the parties is laughable.

, Ronald Reagan was the greatest President

He was. But, that wouldn't stop people like you from calling him a RINO if he were running for second term today after granting amnesty to 11 million illegals or raising taxes in exchange for spending cuts that never occurred. Even Michael Reagan has made the same point.

I did the same thing.

FACT: The Republican Party will continue to actively fight the base until it realizes it cannot win without them.

As long as we continue to knuckle under and vote RINO at the last minute, they will continue to deliver RINO nominees.

If a Ted Cruz can't be elected, then really, the nation is doomed.

Your only strategy is piss and moan and let Democrats continue to hold power. You're better off not even participating in the process.

I am not pissing and moaning. I am quietly drawing a red line and will not support the GOPs when they cross it. And I agree with you. If the RINOcrats continue to force "moderate" candidates and policies on us, then I am better off not participating in the process.

But you -- YOU are determined to keep the "moderates" in power. Some people never learn. STupid is as stupid does.

That’s what I was saying - it’s readily apparent from the different writing styles that you aren’t the same person but that he wanted to insist that you were.

Seriously, what would republican control of the senate gain us?

That you even have to ask the question is mind boggling.

Do you realize that RADICAL LEFT-WING JUDGES ARE BEING APPOINTED via the nuclear option by Harry Reid and the Democrats, judges that were being blocked by Republicans? Those judges are going to be on the court longer than Thad Cochran and Pat Roberts are going to be alive.

And, leftist judges are overturning conservative legislation at the state level -- voter ID laws, pro-life laws and laws cracking down on the illegal immigration.

People like are destroying anything that can be accomplished the future by conservatives.

Why not just drop out of the political discussion and plan secession or a civil war. Those are the only options you're leaving conservatives with.

hey could have defunded ObamaCare, defunded the NSA, defunded the ATF, defunded the IRS, they could have kept the government shutdown going.

They killed politically when the government shutdown.

If Republicans control both chambers of congress, they will have far more leverage against an unpopular President when it comes to budget negotiations.

You're clueless as to the realities of politics.

I will do everything in my power to help vote the Democrats out!

You miss my point: what good is voting them out if the guy you put in is functionally identical?

Or, let's go the other way: name one Republican party platform plank that the party has vigorously pursued.
Can you do that? How about one that they have put measurable progress on?

I'm sorry, but I don't count mere holding actions to really be "victory".

All it took was one more "RINO" in the Senate to stop Obmacare but people like you thought it was better to sit out elections and let Democrats grab a super majority in the Senate.

And, you don't get it. The Republican establishment relies puritans seeking the perfect candidate to divide the conservative vote in primaries and get the candidate they want.

Rick Perry would have been a far better candidate than Romney but he was ripped apart by the puritans.

I have to chuckle at this. The day Scott Brown was elected there were numerous calls for Scott Brown for President.

It’s like some folks around her thought he wasn’t a Mass. republican, which is the equivalent of a moderate liberal.

Now people talk about him with disdain.

He’ll be no different in NH.

My Party Tis of thee
Karl Rove thinks for thee
On Fox I see

With Liberal E's everywhere
Their mugs are on the air
Dissing Conservatives everywhere
McCain's face I see.

The party wizzed on me
Sold out to the GOP-E
Enslaved our kids will be

Praises for the GOP-E
But Tyrants I can only see
Elections they have lost so needlessly
Because Rove thinks for thee

We see them on the air
Elitist are everywhere
From living rooms TV Chair

The GOP at last
Became like Democrats
Conservatives they will all attack
Rove thinks for thee.

About 20 years ago Boehner deeds made this so
Down the John our nation goes

The GOP E sold us out
Leaving us without a doubt
Their own pockets is what's it's all about
Rove thinks for thee.

The GOP-E sold Liberty
For personal gain to be
Elections are soon you see

Like Lucy's football toon
We're Charlie Browns they assume
But that's the plan for doom.
Fight the Tyranny

I'll take my votes and balk
Conservatives must Walk The Walk
Hear how E's howl

Oh hear the coward RINO's Roar
Us you'd best had vote like befor.
Or Dems might win some more
Rovies say to me

Good Bye to GOP-E
No vote you'll get from me
Now go away

I loathe your Liberal cause
Enforced none the border laws
Illegals now flood all our halls
From sea to shinning sea.
