The first case of Ebola diagnosed in the United States has caused some to call on the United States to ban travel for anyone from the countries in West Africa facing the worst of the Ebola epidemic....
We don't want to isolate parts of the world, or people who aren't sick, because that's going to drive patients with Ebola underground, making it infinitely more difficult to address the outbreak...
A travel ban is not the right answer. It’s simply not feasible to build a wall – virtual or real – around a community, city, or country. A travel ban would essentially quarantine the more than 22 million people that make up the combined populations of Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.
When a wildfire breaks out we don't fence it off. We go in to extinguish it before one of the random sparks sets off another outbreak somewhere else.

Quarantine is how you stop it. Period. He can be taught, but the WH is calling the shots, and the open borders thing is priorities 1 through 5 on the agenda.
Not even a terrorist incident will close them. They could nuke Denver and they will keep them open.
The House GOP should start hauling the lower-level CDC leadership and managers into hearings, putting them under oath, and having them state forvtge record whether they agree with this guy.

It’s quarantine if they’re assisting with the quarantine that Liberia isn’t handling very well. It’s a TOTAL misuse of our troops.
Only problem is.... that hole he's digging will probably turn out to be our graves (mass graves). He is complicit in the Obama agenda and all that it includes.

The government would monitor and record every electronic communication (probably including this one) but could not keep track of e-mails it is required to keep archived....

Nah, I would not put anything past them, it is just a question of what they think they can get away with. All the more reason to keep turning the rocks over so they can't surprise everyone.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
