Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill making California the first state that allows family members to ask a judge to remove firearms from a relative who appears to pose a threat.

One of my loser nieces and sister-in-law on my wife’s side thinks I am “very scary” because I have guns and have hurt people in the past (military and LEO). I make her nervous even though she has never heard me raise my voice or seen any weapon I own. Moron.

Was supposed to allow family, relative, neighbors, your mailman, and anyone who happens to not like you and want to screw you over, to be able to get some political hack who was appointed to a cushy, lifetime judge job, to declare you to have no Constitutional rights because they do not like you or approve that you did not agree to have an Obama sign in your front yard, or etc etc.
