I like one of the comments there - it speculates Dennis "The Worm" Rodman's recent visit included sexual intercourse with dear leader, at which time a "worm" was actually implanted too forcefully into dear leader, causing limp and other internal injuries. Best explanation I've heard so far!

Good God...he’s not even 30 yet. When I was 30 I was as healthy as a horse.Even now that I’m *much* older than that I’m in pretty good health. What do the elite *eat* there? What do they drink? What kind of health care do they have???

China got tired of this Kim, and finally organized the generals and others friendly to them to off the little punk.
The new ruling faction are rounding up the top Kim hold-overs now, and when they are done, they will announce he died

I would recommend the services of Dr. Jack Kevorkian if he were still alive.

If Kim Jong-Un should die, is there anyone in the dynasty ready to step up as the new Dear Leader? If not, there will be a power struggle. The NorKs probably don't have a line of succession established.
