Good God...he’s not even 30 yet.When I was 30 I was as healthy as a horse.Even now that I’m *much* older than that I’m in pretty good health.What do the elite *eat* there? What do they drink? What kind of health care do they have???
i imagine North Korea’s healthcare is similar to obamacare, their food similar to michelle’s school lunch program, and their drinking water situation similar to california’s. So all in all three strikes and hes out! Just like us!

Their nation spends less than $1 a year per person on healthcare - and obviously no private providers. The vast majority have zero access.
The elite probably go to China or import doctors from China when it is necessary. The elite also get to eat pretty much anything while the masses starve. There are stories of airliners being used to carry Big Macs for the elite.
