After yet another weak monsoon, that rain was Heaven-sent. Nature was going to be suffering through the winter without it.

Which end of the watershed was that, heheh. Sure looks like nice country around there and towards Douglas.

Maybe a couple new flood control / storage reservoirs are in order? Not that the Obama EPA will ever let ‘em get built.
