Life is like that for the follower of Christ. We live in a dangerous world, filled with unpredictable challenges and unseen perils. Yet, we have joy because we know Someone who is strong enough to carry us through the churning waves of life

Man, did that line hit me in the heart!
I found out last night that my oldest granddaughter
who is going to college in VA, almost got abducted while out running (she is training for the Boston Marathon).
I haven't spoken to her yet so don't know a lot of details
on how she avoided the guy.
(he was in car trying to scare her into getting in???)
But I thanked God for watching over her
as I pray daily for protection for my family - name by name.
So, I know HE saved her.
