Jay Carney, the former press secretary for President Barack Obama and now a CNN political commentator/analyst, said Sunday (Sept. 14) that 2014′s mid-term elections were going to deliver a crushing blow to members of the president’s Democratic Party.

Three words: Democrat Vote Fraud Yep. I think republicans will have gains in the senate, but I don't think they'll get control. Not that I don't want them to, but I think some of those races are too close.

Serious question, but why would this matter?
That is, in what way is the Republican party substantively different than the Democrat? Have they stood against the NSA? Have they pursued the IRS’s transgressions? Have they held to actual fiscal responsibility/accountability? Do they stand against the trend of statist elitism?
No, the Republican party does not. (In fact they enjoy their special exemptions and classification as “elite”.)
I cannot say that a Republican win would be a good thing, precisely because I do not see ANY difference between the “Republican” and “Democrat” parties.
