I’m not eGOP (or even insurgent-GOP) but GOPs of all flavors have demonstrated a great knack for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory lately.
Not only does the GOP have a knack for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, their victories do not matter a hill of beans, because they stand for nothing.

Gonna be interesting. I imagine the Rats are cranking up the vote fraud machine and lining up crooked judges.
More interesting will be seeing what the Pussies, sorry, Pubbies (synonyms?) do in the first 90 days.
Also, during the lame duck period, when the media ramps up the predictions of Pubbie plans to eat babies, kill the poor and enslave women, it will be informative to see the yellow stains on the pants of the party members that “control” the Senate. There will be plenty.
It makes you wonder how many of these anti-GOPers are libertarians. Back in the Reagan years the libertarians were railing against the Repubs, trying to get you to vote third party. They are out in force now, running incognito on FR, but we know their game.
The Dems are so bad that even the worst Repub is better than any of them. The races are especially close now, a vote for a third party candidate is a vote for the Dems.
Yeah good news threads are pretty funny that way. For some folks all news is bad news.
