Correction: I think these tweets show that the Palins did NOT instigate the brawl. The brawl was instigated by someone else and the Palins merely fought back.
The media will do anything to distract the public’s attention from the failings of Obama.

My impression is that the media launched a campaign to get out the first version of imagery and harden it, so really, anything that exonerates the Palins won’t matter much, the media is already creating the myth, vocabulary, and fake mental images, that will endure.
In the thread post following yours is an example of how the media works quickly and for as long as they can, to create a fake story, before the truth emerges.
