...”Turkey fears ISIS”...

Not at all...they will likely join them publicly eventually. ..but they were not helpful in the Iraq war either...denied many requests and played hardball for even the least bit of help.

Why won’t Muslim Turkey lend a hand against the totally-not-at-all-Muslim ISIS?

Erdogan and ISIS are snuggle buddies.

Barry thought he and Erdogan were snuggle buddies.

Looks like somebody is not the snuggle buddy he thought he was.

...”What the hell is Turkey good for other than hating Israel and supporting muslim fanatics! Get all U.S. forces out of their dam country. Do not sell them another plane or spare parts and definitely do not sell them any F-35’s. They are no longer a secular nation and have gone full blown muslim radical state”....

That’s exactly right...Turkey’s a bad actor all the way around and should never be counted on or trusted...nor should any other Muslim nation. We saw this coming as soon as their elections brought vast numbers of hardwired Islamic representation.

Looks like the Coalition of the Unwilling is the one that is growing...

You reminded me of something:

We, the unwilling
Led by the unknowing
Are doing the impossible
For the ungrateful.

We have done so much
For so long
With so little
That we are now qualified
To do anything
With nothing.

I have no idea who wrote this -- otherwise I would happily credit him/her. I saw it on a bulletin board in an opthalmologist's office years ago and committed it to memory. Seems appropriate today.

Anyone who thinks this was not known before today is naïve. This is all part of the plan to allow islam to march on.

How can you possibly go before the American people with a “plan” before the critical, necessary agreements are in place?

The depth of this administration’s ineptitude is frightening!

With a total dufus like John F'in Kerry as Secretary of State, the successor to Hillary the Shrill Drunken Lesbo, it's no wonder we have no respect. The adults in Moscow, Beijing, London, Berlin, Tel Aviv, Teheran and even Ankara, who are pros at this game and play it for keeps, all know that we're the JV team. And we're a pretty bad JV team at that.

Turkey is a fair weather friend.

Bush couldn’t get them to let the USAF use Nato built Turkish air bases back when Bush attacked Iraq.

Why is Turkey in Nato? They fund Ham@ass and other terrorist groups. Turkey has tried to run the Israel/ Egypt blockade of Gaza terrorists. Turkey PM has for years gone off the rails with his anti Semitic vile language against one of Americas best allies.

I believe Turkey having access to NATO intel and having many ties to the Muslim brotherhood is a danger to NATO

It doesn’t seem Turkey helps Nato as much as it hurts Nato and the US who IS NATO

What is the possibility that this “strategy” is going to be the cover used to furher detabilize the situation Syria? That would be a major reason other countries would balk.

Turkey has been trying to escalate the war in Syria for a couple of years.

If anything, they're balking now because Obama won't use these airstrikes to directly attack Assad.

With a determined leader (which we don’t have) we could be operating out of at least 3 former bases in a week

Ironically, it was NATO allies in Europe that helped create Erdogan and his Islamist government. When prior governments cracked down on him they demanded his rights be respected.

With Islamists, rights always work one way. Once he got the Atatürk defenders off his back, he used his authority to crack down on them.

Identify evil. Never forget who they are and never compromise. Avoid equivocation.
